The office building located at 475 West Price River Drive in Price, Utah sold for an undisclosed price to Fairbridge Partners, LLC, a national real estate investment firm located in Princeton, N.J.

The two-story building has 38,129 square feet of rentable space and is fully occupied. The property was listed for an asking price of five million dollars.

The building is occupied by the State of Utah’s regional government offices.
