Fairbridge Partners Acquires Platte Airpark

Colorado Springs Office Park Sells for $14.35M

Fairbridge Partners acquired the Platte Airpark at 320-480 Wooten Rd. in Colorado Springs, CO from Cavan Real Estate Investments for $14.35 million, or about $104 per square foot.

The 137,608-square-foot office park was built in 2001 and 2002 and is located in the Southeast submarket.

Andrew Oyler of Quantum Commercial Group and Barry Higgins and Jeffrey Sorenson of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
