Dmitry Gordeev, Ph.D., M.B.A. – Founder & Managing Partner

Dmitry Gordeev has been acquiring income producing real estate since 2001.  Under Dmitry’s direction, Fairbridge Properties has acquired and actively manages first-class commercial property throughout the United States, with a keen eye on profitability and growth. Besides leading the Fairbridge team, Dmitry devotes his time to asset management, risk management, acquisition financial analysis, planning and managerial functions. 

Prior to starting up Fairbridge, Dmitry served as CEO of IDG Group; Finance Director for On Board Engineering; and held financial roles in Laidlaw Transit and Dow Jones & Company. Dmitry’s experience in corporate finance provides a unique understanding of all aspects of financial and risk management. 

He earned a Ph.D. in Macroeconomics from International University in Moscow in 2003, an M.B.A. in Finance from Temple University Fox School of Business and Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Management of Foreign Trade from Taurida V.I. Vernadsky National University in Simferopol, Ukraine.  

Firmly believing in giving back to one’s community, Dmitry serves as a board member of the EMBA Alumni Advisory Board for Temple University.
